Our Products
Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME)
FAME are derived from esterification/transesterification of fatty acids with methanol under the presence of a catalyst in certain atmospheric conditions. These can be long chains, short chain or any kind of desired fatty acids can be converted to FAME.
This is colorless to Brown Liquid depending upon the feedstock and level of distillation achieved.
FAME is basically a green solvent and a biodegradable product that has various applications in Industrial usage, it is one of environmental friendly product and hence no negative impact on human and environment. It reduces the carbon footprints and therefore we generate awareness to use and has potential to replace other solvents.
Soya Methyl Ester or Methyl Soyate
Soya Methyl Ester is the specialty product which is manufactured by transesterification of soya fatty acids with methanol to obtain methyl ester. Further it is processed to fractional distillation and purification using filtration method.
Potential Application
- Rubber and Plastic additives: Used as Plasticizer
- Lubricants: Lubricants are essential substances used to reduce friction between moving surfaces, thereby minimizing wear and tear, dissipating heat, and preventing corrosion. They come in various forms such as oils, greases, and fluids, tailored to specific applications across industries.
- Agrochemicals: Acts as an intermediates, Low VOC Solvents, Biodegradable solvents and defoamers.
- Ink Manufacturing: Acts as a Green Solvent and Reducer to prevent from thickening of inks.
- Cosmetics: Perfumes, Mid Chain Triglycerides (MCTs), Carrier for active substances, Emollient, viscosity regulator and base for various oils/serums.
- Cleaning/Degreasing Agent: Acts as a cleaning solvent and removal of grease.
Soya Fatty Acids
Soya fatty acid is basically the non-edible fatty oil extracted in the process of refining the soya oil. Further it is processed to make Distilled Fatty Acids and its derivatives to make it fit for the industry.
Potential Application
- Paint: Used in the process of making the alkyd resins, long chain resin for Paint Manufacturing
- Soap: Making high quality soft soaps for bathing and washing purpose
- Lubricant/Grease: provides a high viscosity index, enhanced lubricity, low volatility and low flammability
Methyl Oleate
Methyl Oleate is one of FAME in which especially oleic fatty acid is used to perform the transesterification with methanol and it is a specialty product for various industrial applications. Its application is very particular to that product and has limited scope. However, it is used in the same applications where Methyl Soyate is applied.

Ethyl Oleate
Ethyl Oleate is one of the speciality chemical used in pharmaceutical and Agro application. It is manufactured by transesterification of oleic acid with the Ethyl Alcohol in the presence of catalyst at certain atmospheric condition, further it is then purified and distilled at temperature range of 200-270 degree C to get the desired color and Ester content.
Application
- Pharmaceutical: Used mainly as an intermediate in Pharma applications
- Agrochemical: Used in manufacturing of dipping oil for grapes to make resins.
Thinner
We manufacture distilled thinner from Mix Solvent which contains moisture, impurities. After Distillation, Recovered Solvent is blended with virgin solvent to make the desired quality of Thinner. Thinners are used for dilution of paints and improved the drying time.
Types of Thinner
- NC Thinner: NC means Nitrocellulose which is used in Sealer, Lacquer coating on wood
- Stoving Thinner: Used in dilution of Enamel Paint, DucoPaint
- Multipurpose Thinner: Used as a cleaning agent, dust removal and dilution of NC, Melamine, Enamel Paints
Mineral Oil
Mineral oil is a mixture of hydrocarbons which is derived from the petroleum source. It’s application and usage varies from industry to industry. It has various different products like Turpentine Oil, Base oils, LLP, C9 and other fractions.
Color may vary from colorless to yellowish
Odor may vary from odorless to petroleum characteristic
Application
- Paint: MTO is highly used in the paint industry as a solvent to dissolve the resins.
- Lubricant: Base oils Used as a base to add additives to make the desired lubricant
- Cosmetics: LLP used as a base for making the oily products and smoothening products for hair and skin.
- Agrochemicals: Solvents like C9, C10 and aromatic used for agrochemicals to manufacture pesticides, herbicides, fungicides and insecticides.
- Industrial oil: Mix Hydrocarbon used as a derivative for various industries and base for mixing the auxiliary items, its carbon chain may vary from product to product.
