Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME)

Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME) are derived from esterification/transesterification of fatty acids with methanol under the presence of a catalyst in certain atmospheric conditions. These can be long chains, short chain or any kind of desired fatty acids can be converted to FAME.

This is colorless to Brown Liquid depending upon the feedstock and level of distillation achieved.

Fatty Acid Methyl Ester (FAME is basically a green solvent and a biodegradable product that has various applications in Industrial usage, it is one of environmental friendly products and hence no negative impact on human and environment. It reduces the carbon footprints and therefore we generate awareness to use and has potential to replace other solvents.
